I developed and am teaching three courses for the Research Chef’s Association to train research chefs in food science. The course are designed to prepare the chefs to pass the Certified Research Chefs exam. The course includes extensive information in Blackboard, weekly online meetings using CCCConfer with recorded lectures stored in 3CMedia Solutions. The courses are offered online through OCC Community Education using Blackboard CourseSites.
